For both its gun ownership rate, not guns per X people.

That's what the charts say and at least for the 2nd chart (since its labeled by state) its not hard to confirm. Alaska as the chart suggests, does have over a 60 percent gun ownership rate. Delaware's is close to 5 percent. New York's is close to 10. Hawaii (surprisingly to me) as a gun ownership rate of around 45%. It all matches up.
