The problem with these theme restaurants is that they eventually play out... reality sets in, the street starts looking for revenues, earnings and other things that the company can't accomplish. Call it the "growing up" of a company... They hit a few bumps on the road, and the street is ruthless in their treatment of them. Always is good to look for young themes that have not run into this yet... 2 stocks I have been looking at, but would appreciate any feedback is Elephant and Castle (PUBSF) and Eat at Joe's (JOES). Young themes, with risk, but potential big upside....
