Brent, I hope I'm wrong; but it seems like PRST is being very skillfully SOLD. The person/people are not dumping it; just selling into 'rally' days. I hope I'm wrong but that's what I see in the charts. Check out how that 50 day is acting like a roof on prices --Olu E.
