Here is what the right wingers cannot get through their heads!! The country has not needed tax cuts for the rich or the excessive spending for the military since Nixon. None of that was needed! But what was needed, was money for health and welfare, infrastructure and education. If Nixon, Reagan, the Bush's, and Trump and the Republicans had allocated all those trillions of dollars to what was really needed, mentioned, we would be the pearl of the world, but instead, the Republicans have made us a third rate democracy at the bottom of the barrel in everything from most people incarcerated, to gun deaths to health and welfare to academics. Our position at the bottom of all the world's democracies in the important things a society needs to be happy and healthy is 100% the fault of the Republicans over the last 40 years!!
