Very Positive Conference Call... Dan and All: RECY had a very positive Conference Call today... I'm still waiting for some answers to questions I didn't get a chance to ask... Here are the highlights... There were some analysts participating from Smith Barney and Piper Jafray... RECY is planning to have a Revenue run rate of one Billion dollars by the end of this year... Companies are now coming to RECY to discuss being possible Acquisition candidates... A more aggressive Acquisition strategy for this year... Will announce one or more Acquisitions this Qtr... They are currently looking at 20 companies... Financing is readily available... Scrap prices: RECY can hedge on the upside and downside to make their margins... Philips and Metals Mgmt are not active in the S.E. where RECY has large concentrations... Don't pose any major bidding threat for Acquisitions... RECY pays 4-5 times EBITDA for its Acquisitions... There are 18 Million shares outstg after all the Acquisition accounting... Looking for expansion in the upper Mid West... Insiders own 25-30% of the company stock... They want to increase shareholder value as much as we do... RECY using some of the Acquired Company's Mgmt as a sounding board for possible Acquisitions... Automation efficiencies in the Central Facility to be expanded companywide... Bottom line... I came away with a very positive feeling... Jim
