Josh That article you posted is very old and very wrong! If you do not want D3 to help anyone follow that article. Micheal Holick says these deaths in the 1940 and all deaths from supposed D3 poisoning are from Dehydration. The children with Williams syndrome were mistaken at the time for D3 poisoning. If your PTH falls below 20 Stop taking D3 until it goes over 20. When I first started taking D3 my PTH =23 Today after 50000 iu daily my PTH =48 every doctor I talked to before I introduced myself to Holick told me my PTH would drop to zero and I was killing myself. BTW I have my MRI's that clearly show I have bone on bone in both knees and need 2 knee replacements. I walk pain free I have not had any operations:O) My orthopedic surgeon screamed at me when I passed on the knee replacements.
