Breads and in particular different flours are something I'm researching now.

This is very difficult and will have to ultimately organize this in parts.

The main issues other than carbs and sugar are:
  • GRAINS
  • TREE NUTS
  • GLUTEN
  • PALEO
  • ORGANIC
Starting off, I will say Rye bread is the best choice off the shelf.
