I am an older dog and always interested in new information, particularly since I developed pre-diabetes. Information about quasi-crystals, Linus Pauling, lymphatic system distribution and interstitial fluid are interesting but not particularly on topic. Can you clarify please the 50,000 IU you take is D2 or D3? I had a drug rep visit me this week with samples of a product that is Vit D3 which comes a 10,000, 25,000 and 50,000 units. Its product insert is for once a week administration
