I fully expected ZEN to be where it is at, only sooner. So the pain has been extended by some amazing Fluff from year to year that appeared to be sufficient to get this far. But, no farther. CCB I fully expected to be a permitted Quarry by now and be months or weeks away from a Mine Permit. Both have failed to meet my expectations. I would have figured CCB to be around 90c and ZEN to be closer to 28c by now. CCB on the upswing and ZEN on the downswing. Such is life on the VSE.
