All health care is run by Standard of Care this is an insurance company standard
not a health care standard.

This is to make insurance companies bulletproof from Law Suits!
If a doctor goes off the reservation
no insurance company will cover them.

What is the standard of care for a professional? (Conformity)

Ethical or legal duty of a professional to exercise the level of care, diligence, and skill prescribed in the code of practice of his or her profession, or as other professionals in the same discipline would in the same or similar circumstances.

Dr. Holick is constrained by Insurance companies

and his hospital administrators as to what he can say and print.

As I already pointed out Boston Medical Center Tried to fire Mike for Testifying in defense of poor women accused of Child abuse when the broken bones were from D3 deficiency.

I am lucky I caught him on a good day when I informed him that I had been taking 50000 daily for 3 years.
He told me that Having my D3 = 200 was perfectly safe. He is the first and only doctor to tell me to get a PTH test. The PTH test is to measure the calcium in your blood stream.
_____
This test measures a substance called parathyroid hormone (PTH) in your blood.PTH is made by four tiny parathyroid glands in your neck. ... Your heart, bones, nervous system, and kidneys need a normal calcium level in the blood to work the way they should.

I started a D3 50,000 iu club for Michael about 10 years ago. We have amazing results of which I already posted some amazing stories.

There is no cure for Lupus!!!

Here is one of the most amazing:

Hi there,
I was diagnosed with Systemic Lupus Nephritis 9 years ago when I was pregnant with daughter. In hindsight I can trace back my symptoms as early as the age of 7. As you may already know Lupus symptoms vary from person to person. For me it has damaged my kidneys and my central nervous system. I have suffered from debilitating arthritis, tendinitis and bursitis pain and extreme fatigue. If that's not enough "Lupus Fog". It is a difficult disease because it manifest differently for everyone.
About a year ago I got in contact with John and he share some valuable knowledge and reading material. Since then I have made some major changes in my daily routine and I am elated to share that they have helped me TREMENDOUSLY!
Most people with Lupus are vitamin D deficient. I was taking a high dose of prescription vitiman D prescribed by my doctor to no avail. I was skeptic when John said to take 100000 iu of D3. I asked my rheumatologist and he scoffed and said " it was to much. He was wrong, my vitiman D level is high now and my fatigue is gone. I eliminated wheat, corn and sugar and soy and as a result I rarely get joint pains anymore, truly! Before every evening was painful now months and months have passed with no pain.
I also eliminated meat as a daily staple from my diet. It is not good for my kidneys ( I have proteinuria). I do from time to time eat meat on that rare occasion but do not prepare it at home.

I drink A LOT of water, a lot! I make a smoothie every morning with chlorella, spirulina, gogi berries, chia seeds and maca powder, flax seeds and strawberries. Without meaning to I quit drinking coffee because my smoothies give me enough energy that I don't need coffee, I never thought I would say that I don't miss coffee.
I am exercising 6 days a week which is amazing because when I started this journey a year ago I did not have the energy to even consider exercising once a week.
I know this sounds like a lot and it is, but the trade off is I have my life back. Lupus is different for everyone who has, it so what is working for me may not be the exact cocktail of things you need to do. However I would strongly recommend that you start off by taking vitamin D and eliminating corn, wheat and sugar as they cause inflammation. Drink a lot of water and exercise. The more you exercise the stronger you get. Start with whatever ever you can do and work your way up. When I started I could only do 3 minutes on the elliptical on a level 1. I now do and hour at a level 15. As you regain your energy and health you will find what works for you.
I can't promise that you will get rid of lupus but I can reassure you that you will feel better than you do now.
I wish you luck and welcome you to contact me anytime if you have any questions. I would be happy to share some great products that I now use to replace things I used to use like soy sauce, soy milk, ect.
Good luck and take care!
Galit

Btw I have not heard of any Person that has not been materially helped by adequate D3 ingestion.

Not one!

Holick has been sued by everyone for his knowledge as Big Pharma has been

Demonizing D3 forever.

Why would Big Pharma want me taking D3 as opposed to a very expensive

pharmaceutical non-working solutions.

D3 cost me $13 a month from Wegmans
