No hearings is not advising and consent. Again, using their logic Dems can hold up any appointment until they regain the presidency and no one can say crap since they let republicans get away with it.

But we know how the game is played. The media listens to only the gop and it's news when they say it's news so they'll whine around the clock and then it'll be news.
