William-I have been in and out of rvee for quite a while. Management has never followed thru on expanding on a national basis except for the california and new mexico operation. At one time they had a $5 million dollar war chest, and had hired a investment banker to explore the possibility to enhance shareholder value. Newt and his wife control the company. They should of issued more shares to funnel expansion a couple years back when share price was above $4. The company had said they experienced some worker related problems(ie management)-so I believe that's why they pulled in the reins. Hopefully they have everything in place to finally pursue a more aggressive strategy. JP ps own a couple hundred shares
