That's been my opinion since October, 1997. I believe that the benefit of trading on the main board is not built into the stock price. If the company can get it's relisting, this places the company in a much better position to get institutional coverage and buying. Most money manager/institutions will not buy or cover stocks listed on the small caps or bullentin boards. We've debated this issue for some time on this thread, but I don't see how it can be reasonably argued that institutions are in on MTIC. Oh sure, we are aware of three, but this is further evidence that MTIC is being ignored despite its last year's performance. For the long term benefit of the company and its shareholders, MTIC should do everything it can to get its NASDAQ listing back. I have no reason to believe that this is not the case having spoken with Frank Yoshino, head of IR at MTIC, on two occassions about this very subject. Each time, he has stated that the company is fully responding to NASDAQ inquiries about its relising application.

With INTC reporting better than expected earnings tonight, I'm looking for today's rally to continue in the morning. Despite today's good trading, MTIC is now down to $11. Any bets that we break through that to the downside tomorrow? Perhaps the insider selling is a message?
