PLEASE TAKE ACTION - We need your help so that all shareholder will win. We have promised shareholders that they would receive their yellow proxies by now, but unfortunately most haven’t received them yet. We paid to have the circulars sent out on April 20th via Canada Post so we are concerned with you that you haven’t received them. So please take action because your vote matters!!! Phone your broker or investment company and ask for the control numbers for the opposed proxy. Please specify opposed otherwise you will receive the recommendations from management. Once you receive the control numbers you can go to the following website www.proxyvote.com and enter your control number and vote your shares. Even if you receive the yellow proxy - do not mail them back in. Vote only using the online option or the phone-in option because we need every vote to count.
