I was in Seattle last week. Was dismayed to see homeless tents along Alaskan Way, which is a major tourist area on the waterfront. There are people begging on every street corner downtown. It’s not as bad as San Francisco but getting there (I took my family to SF about 16 years ago and swore never to go back. I can only imagine what it’s like now)
