When you look at the average rainfall it’s a clear aberration but not the catastrophic hit like Iniki.

I sold my place on the north shore in Jan of this year... consider myself lucky because I would have lost 20 to 30% from this event. Sooner or later there will be another Iniki and the rats of the agw scam world will crow.

Mother Nature shows herself in all her glory on that small island.
