If you changed to "all" to 99.9%, I would agree with you.

There are people who can't be figured out. The same applies to dogs.

I have one canine example living three doors down and I and my dogs have spent a lot of time with this canine, a 140 lb Mastiff mix) over the last few years. The only progress I have made is being able to read him as in I now have a pretty good idea when he will go off the rails. Lucky for me and my dogs (now dog), he somehow yields to me. That is if I catch it early enough.

There are "nut cases" everywhere in the animal kingdom. Just like there are nut cases amongst us.
