Trump says he will be impeached if Republicans are routed in midterms yahoo.com What would he do to avoid that? Go whole hog Democrat. Sign every bill they pass. Medicare for all, Paris Accords, new Cabinet officers to replace the Republicans (actually several are already Dems so no change would be necessary), let Dems pick judicial appointments. He'd have absolutely no problem with any of this. He's already been blackmailed so they know he can be. They can wait on impeachment till mid-2020.
