Someone made an earlier post about how to cook veggies. I'm really busy with cranky and sick kids on Spring Break but I'd been wanting to write a post:

1. Wash and slice up a variety of veggies (leafy alone or leafy combined with something firmer for better crunch and mouth feel).

2. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in large pot. Wait until oil is slick and shiny (ie. hot!)

3. Add a tablespoon full of minced garlic or minced ginger or a combo of the 2 and swirl around to sizzle things up.

4. Toss in your veggies, stir with spatula, add a 1/4 cup water if needed, then cover with lid.

5. Stir occasionally. Don't overcook.
