Dice or slice one whole sweet onion.

Saute in pan with 1 T oil until soft.

Remove to plate.

Slice one kielbasa type sausage into 1" pieces. Add 1 T oil to pan and saute sausage until brown on both sides.

Add onions back to pan and then add some of these:



I find these at Costco. And I usually add 2 packages to one kielbasa sausage.

Simmer till warm and enjoy.

In the old days I'd serve this over rice, but I don't do that anymore and I don't miss it.

Take some of the bread I posted earlier, warm it in the microwave oven, spread with butter and enjoy with a salad on the side.

This is a low carb, low sugar meal and very satisfying.
