IT IS POSSIBLE THAT HE WAS CORRECT THAT THOSE WERE THE BID AND ASK AND THAT THERE WERE NO TRADES AT THAT LEVEL SO THE MM LOWERED IT BID AND ASK TO MAKE SOME TRADES. BUT HENRY KNOWS MORE ABOUT THIS THEN I DO.
