this has not been a fan favourite for a long time but i keep looking at the cash and properties and cannot help but like the prospects. it also seems the northair group is more interested in their other activities than getting a real handle on this one, in particular intl. northair.
even if this doubles i am not even so i have a long ways to go but selling here sure would be giving the shares away i think. if dml\nai moves obviously this will go along for some of the ride. remember last year you didn't have too much time to think about taking any profits before the share price collapsed on itself. should forget about it for another 5-6 months. hedger....
