Yes, this is horrific. It always was. Unfortunately, I don’t think we can do anything about it short of a revolution. Even with a progressive president who wants Universal care, we have two chambers of Congress that must adopt it. Which is why we had Obamacare. Many countries including former communist countries now live under “Right” presidents. Not too far right to be fascist.
