Did anyone get a hold of Cowan comments? It would be interesting to see why JBIL would be a strong buy at 70 but only a buy at 35. I guess it would be an attractive at 25 and a hold at 15. Brokerage upgrades and downgrades follow the stock price around. I tried to contact investor relations but could not get anyone to return my calls.
