Tim, you fucking idiot, you could have borrowed from other sources. You did it the way you did it because on NET it is a better overall outcome, i.e. it creates wealth for you longer term vs doing other options. If it didn't, then you are a COMPLETE FUCKING IDIOT for having done it the way you did.
