Blood Lipids WAAAY better !!!!

LDL and Triglycerides ("bad" stuff) down big
HDL ("good" stuff) up big
Weight >> down 30 pounds from my highest ever 18-months ago . . . down 12 pounds in last month since being strict

My future way of eating is now set.

I took this last month and was strict so I could prove true or false the validity of an Atkins/Keto type of diet.
It is TRUE !!!
better health and lower weight.

I will now tweak my way of eating by adding in some home-made grains here and there.
Some potatoes, rice, and popcorn on a limited basis.
Otherwise . . just like I've been doing and loving . . . meet, eggs, cheese, cream, greens, . . . such yummy stuff !!!

I have broken the stronghold that carbs used to have over me . . I have no cravings any more !!!

Anyway . . . I will report in here at least the first of every month with a weigh-in ... maybe more often as I experience anything of interest.
