Oh, it's never an issue or a problem, it's simply the poverty of language itself... Certainly, everyone has their own health issues, I also have to be careful or I would again gain weight and bring on all the health problems that I was first able to eliminate by weight loss and change of diet... I use raw honey to sweeten some foods, but any other sweetener would work, I just don't want to use anything artificial, that's just me... GZ
