If a meeting does occur, it should take 'two or three hours'

I would be wary of establishing terms on the basis of time spent. Trump could take two or three hours to answer one question as he rambles his way through his usual litany of irrelevant asides like the size of the crowd, kneeling football players, and how much they love him in wherever, then says "time's up."
