Just pure speculation, Jimmy, From the (much) earlier description of their office, I'd say they were understaffed to cope with the demands of such a big name group of auditors and are behind the power curve for getting their act together. While their operations are specialized, would imagine this group wanted to see EVERYTHING (nearly) and TLTK wasn't expecting the depth of their requests. Again, just MY speculation IF they didn't meet the deadline(s) for filing. Market will be watching, and they can't afford to screw it up this time. Better to miss by a few days than have the wrong information or signals sent (which is, in itself, a signal to those looking for something wrong). rd
