Because I researched that SOB. The right wing has been packing our courts with assholes for a long time.And they are doing it on steroids today backed by Koch money. Every single one of their supreme court nominees is unqualified to be there and working too empower the autocrats, like Citizens United, destroying the rule of law and our very humanity.

Finding exactly what I expected to find!

Just like in Russia or Nazi Germany, or any fascist despotic country, there is/was an entire heirarchy who carried water for the despots with unjust behavior, including judges. The right wing has been packing the courts with judges favorable to the extreme right wing, plutocrats and autocrats.

We are above 50% of all the countries on earth for income inequality and that cancer in our society was caused by the Republicans.

You are being played by the right wings propaganda, constantly defending their power grab and behavior. As of this moment we are to a large degree living in an plutocratic oligarchy and they are making a power grab to undermine our democracy and they know appointing judges sympathetic to their cause is a smart move. Guys like Tom Delay and Cheny had their convictions of criminality overturned by right wing judges.

The right wing judges are protecting the right wing criminality.

This Republican party is not just another point of view, there behavior at best is inhumane and are criminals at worst and very dangerous.
