Alex, do you have itchy finger syndrom? When and on what conditions will you reenter?

BW - I have to disagree with you on buy and hold. 1998 is going to be a volatile year. Prudent investors and traders like you and me will do better in this market. I really hope the drillers can go gyrating for the next few months because this is how 2-3 round trips a months may fetch 10-20%. As to the techs, only invest in very strong tech company, low PE, great fundamentals. INTC is one. Can't go wrong. INTC will be higher this time next year. I look back on my 1997 performance. The problem is not cutting losses early. Disk drive stocks wipe out almost 40% of my 1997 gains alone. Poor timing and slow decision. But sometimes one cannot help it because it gap down 25%. What can I say... That's why my 1998 resolution is to invest in the highest quality tech stock. I like INTC. I like MTEL.
