You posted: Its like Bob Dylan's song: "Where have all the flowers gone?"
It appears your knowledge of folk/pop music is at the same level as your competence in assessing the root cause of ZEN's problems. (Hint - It is not AE)
Lucky for you, it is an area in which I DO have some expertise. How do you deduce that "Where have all the flowers gone" is a BOB DYLAN song?
It was written and recorded by Pete Seeger in 1955 (Bob Dylan was 14 years old at the time). It was based on the lyrics of an old Ukrainian folk song. Joe Hickerson later contributed several additional verses that became part of the song as we know it today. Over the last 60+ years, it has been recorded by dozens (hundreds?) of groups. - Most notably, Peter,Paul and Mary, and The Kingston Trio.
Who has never recorded it? - BOB DYLAN.
He did sing backup for Joan Baez's version of the song at a festival in New York in the early 1960's. - But that hardly makes it "his" song.
What else do you know nothing about? - I can probably help. |
