I wasn't sure myself but it was reason enough for me to sell my A$ND and re-short COMS.

I noticed C$CO wasn't budging and CS was down, A$ND reached it's peak early in the session even with the upgrade and couldn't recover.

Now we find out that COMS just made some horrendous comments in an SEC filing today. (I think it was the 10Q--it's about time for that).
