All,

I apologize for my sudden unexplained departure, but unfortunately I have recently been dealing a serious health issue which has not only impacted my ability to participate on this forum, but also trading and market analysis in general. As much as my passion and interest for market study and trading remains, it is more far more important for me at this time to focus my energy on the personal challenges that lie ahead. I guess it just comes down to perspective.

This will be my final post here at SI, and I am only back now because I have received numerous PMs in regard to some of the issues with this thread becoming inundated with personal attack posts. For obvious reasons I cannot and will not be moderating this thread going forward. I have asked SI-Ron to shut down the thread but he tells me that it cannot be done.

He has suggested 2 possible paths.

1) Make the thead open and unmoderated
2) Allow another moderator to take ownership of the thread by public vote

I fear that option #1 will just allow the thread to become a non-stop flame war. So, option 2 is probably the better choice.

Therefore, if anyone would like to volunteer to take over ownership of the moderation duties for this thread please post your desire to do such here and accompany it with a poll allowing for readers to vote 'yes' or 'no'. If there is only one volunteer then a net 'yes' vote should allow SI Ron to transfer the moderation duties to the new owner. If there is more than one volunteer then I suspect that the one with the largest net "yes" count would be the choice. That will be for SI Ron and others to figure out.

As my final act here I will remove all of the current "bans", and would like to wish the best to all regardless of whether we have had heated disagreements in the past.

I would just leave everyone with the following food for thought...
