West Texas Crude passes key benchmark today.



My goal was to invest in oil, which I did at 40 and 25 a bbl. Then sell and invest in alt energy if there was a crisis. Seemed like a no brainer at those prices.

Really would not know where to start on alt energy at this time. All I can think of is the heyday of First Solar and swindles like Solyndra, which I thought was a swindle from the start.

I like the Musk's Powerwall's but its not a pure play, ya gotta buy into the rest of it at a high P/E. Otherwise I just see most alt energy as utility companies.

Anyone have a suggestion?
