Hi,

Has anybody looked into private Real Estate investments thru National Realty Investment Advisors.
nria.net.
They have been advertising on the radio and TV in the NY/NJ/PA market like crazy; offering upto 20% return without any risk.
Sounds too good to be true. Anybody who has done any business with them or heard anything about them?
