Re: Slot One It looks like they want to get away from the "SEC cartridge" (the Slot One package) since it significantly increases their production costs and eats into their margin. Intel (along with nearly everyone else) was surprised by dramatically increasing PC demand elasticities, and thus have had to revise their battle plans. Nothing to do with Slot Two. PX
