RileyG... You my friend, are apparently less than intelligent. I don't care when the merger consumates. The 10Q's and 10k must be filed for the specified time period. It doesn't matter that the merger has not been completed. That would merely be expounded upon in their filings. I have this image flashing in my mind of a parrot sitting on Morgan's shoulder repeating everything he says. And of course, his name is RileyG.... <VBG> Time for reality check Riley.... Use your head buddy. Your problem is that you analyze everything you hear from this company with a bias. Is that how you handled subject interviews and suspect interrogations??
