First, a news report that Trump is staying in the Iran deal but putting in a new sanction... then a report that he is pulling out. Most likely the White House is deliberately putting out false rumors in order to maximize attention, which is their end goal most days, anyway. Since Europe is staying in the Iran deal and the rest of the world is staying in the climate agreement, Trump is coming very close to 'old man mumbling in the corner' status.
