“As for those who persist in sin, rebuke them in the presence of all, so that the rest may stand in fear” ( 1 Timothy 5:20).

“Take no part in the unfruitful works of darkness, but instead expose them ( Ephesians 5:11).

“Pay attention to yourselves! If your brother sins, rebuke him, and if he repents, forgive him” ( Luke 17:3).

“I appeal to you, brothers, to watch out for those who cause divisions.” ( Romans 16:17)

“Reprove, rebuke, and exhort, with complete patience and teaching” ( 2 Timothy 4:2).

Proverbs "Open rebuke is better than hidden love."

God does not call on us to tolerate, ENABLE and ENCOURAGE sinfulness by "forgiving" the unrepentent. Forgiveness is linked to repentence. Sinfulness and unrepentent sinners are to be rebuked publicly. "Forgiveness" of unrepented sin teaches the wrong lesson and encourages more sinfulness.
