Who would underwrite such an IPO? What would be the investment thesis? Grabbing mkt share from the gorilla (Intel), using a technology which anyone can license at a very reasonable cost, and which several other companies with much stronger pedigree than you have tried and failed? Any revenue traction? Any credible design wins? Would you sign up to buy shares in Centriq Servers, Inc.? I doubt Q management would write off something they think they can take to an IPO. So, we shall see.
