And again - you are asking the wrong question BM.

I don't care if Dr. Diwan thinks that NNVC has been a personal success. Unless you own interest in TheraCour - you shouldn't care either in the long run.

If Dr. Diwan makes a Billion dollars or more as owner of TheraCour makes no difference to me. If Dr. Diwan can continue to use NNVC as a vehicle to keep his own little R&D projects rolling along makes no difference to me, as long as NNVC is also being advanced.

What does make a difference to me, and to any NNVC shareholder is how are we doing. As acting CEO now, and previously as an officer of NNVC, Dr. Diwan has had a fiduciary duty to NNVC's shareholders. From the outside - he appears to be failing at that.
