And I am saying - your question is not relevant to anybody outside of the ownership of TheraCour, which is mostly Dr. Diwan.

I suspect that Dr. Diwan does 'care' about the future of NNVC. He has at least some prestige and a substantial amount of his reputation at stake if NNVC fails, and gains considerably in prestige, reputation and especially financially if NNVC succeeds in the end.

The relevant question is - has NNVC as an entity been a success? And to date the answer is fairly obviously a no. That could change. But not unless the points I make are accomplished.
