Right, that's how JVs normally work. If I bring the technology/know-how, then you bring the cash. WTF.

The massive cash flow and hoard QTL brings into Q is the worst thing that ever happened to the company. It bred a pervasive sense of entitlement, wanton spending outside of their circle of competence, lack of accountability when things fail... Where do I stop?
