The question was about Dr. Anil Diwan, so it is very relevant. I believe Dr. Anil Diwan realized that his reputation will be just fine. He has 10's of millions ($30M?) of dollars he's earned from the very successful operation of Nanoviricides over the past 13 years to show as proof of his capabilities.
Not trying to compare, just testing your rationale...

Bernard Madoff was chairman of Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC from its startup in 1960 until his arrest on December 11, 2008.

But back in 2007, after only 47 years... Do you think Bernard Madoff was a success? He had the money to prove it! Surely you can't deny Madoff (ironically pronounced: Made-Off) was a success, can you?

My question is about Madoff...so this is very relevant.

Do you think Bernard Madoff was a success? What about his reputation and his capabilities? What think ye?

Perhaps you can guess what we think of your rationale...it's irrelevant to the topic of investing in the company. After all, this is the Silicon Investor website.
