Expect announcements from a few large public companies that those payments were not authorized by senior management, the responsible people have been fired, and they are investigating. It is a much more straightforward bribery and racketeering scheme that implicates multiple Fortune 500 companies and the president personally. [ Don't know about worse, but it's easier for people to understand. Course, Cultists don't care about bribery either. ]
