I just purchased a spiralizer from Amazon and read a lot of reviews on different brands. Most liked this type of kitchen appliance, but the chief complaints were: The suction cups didn't hold to the counter. Vegetables that are firm such as carrots or sweet potato are harder to cut. Vegetables that have larger seeds are harder to cut and clog up the blades. Zucchini is apparently the optimum vegetable to cut with these. I am however optimistic this appliance will be useful in my kitchen and will report back. :) This is the unit I purchased. amazon.com Best -- Josh :) * * *
