I'm sure there will be great rejoicing when North Korea signs their sixth nuclear-freeze agreement having completed the development of their nuclear missile program and having violated all five prior agreements.

Iran is many years behind North Korea so they needed the US to violate the nuclear-standstill agreement so their scientists can get back to work without being continually harassed by UN inspectors.

Don Chucklesworth is giving every nuclear aspirant exactly what they want.
