In all likelihood recommended dietary guidelines today are flawed and perhaps even seriously so, but I can't deviate too much from what is currently commonly accepted. This is why I previously said it could take hundreds of years before we properly understand nutrition.

This is not to say anyone else is wrong, but that I can't guess about different diets.
