Every animal in the animal world is able to maintain a standard and healthy weight, they have no health issues other than the traumatic injuries they incur during the hunt or through other external natural events...

Only the human being has weight and other health issues...

Even the early humans had no health issues, they died young but only because of physical trauma, they had no weight issues, they had no chronic health problems, they never even brushed their teeth and their teeth were in perfect shape, this is fact and can easily be verified by preliminary online research... my wife taught at the College of Dentistry at Northwestern University, she can verify this to be true and factual, early humans had perfect teeth all the way through life, not one single cavity, none...

Why is that???

Because the modern day human is not eating what we're supposed to eat... early humans ate plants, nuts, and seeds, and also animals with the animal fat attached... only the bones and fur were not eaten, the bones were used to make weapons and tools and the fur was used to make clothing and shoes...

If only for a moment we think like an early human, then we would begin to see what we're doing to ourselves and what supermarkets really are selling as "food."
